I spent most of my life not knowing what it felt like to actually live in my body.
I lost my dad at 11. Spent the years after that numb, going through the motions, managing the feelings I couldn't name, building a version of myself that looked fine from the outside. By college, I was in the best shape of my life and the worst mental state of my life. Diagnosed with PCOS. Trapped in codependency on substances and relationships. Performing wellness while quietly falling apart.
I did everything right. Moved to New York. Got into Columbia University for Nutrition and Exercise Science. Went to the best doctors and therapists. Read every book. Understood my patterns intellectually, completely, and still couldn't feel anything shift in my body.
That's when I found breathwork.
And for the first time, everything I had only ever been able to think about finally dropped into my body. I didn't just understand my healing. I felt it. That was the missing piece I had been looking for my entire life.
I was my own first client. I used these tools to heal codependency, rewire chronic anxiety, navigate grief, and release years of stored trauma. I stopped reaching for things outside of myself to feel okay and started building something inside that actually held. I didn't do it through hustle or willpower. I did it by finally learning to regulate my body and letting everything else follow.
That's what I now help others do.
I'm a certified breathwork practitioner, Reiki I & II, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I've spent the last three years running in-person events, working 1-on-1 with clients, and building a method that bridges neuroscience and somatics in a way that actually makes sense for everyone who’s on their path to figuring it out.
We all deserve a stable foundation. I believe your body already knows the way. It's just been waiting for you to feel safe enough to listen.
